1.Do your beads and pendants have holes?
Yes, of course they do. All of them.

2. What is your return policy?

If any of your beads have a defect in craftsmanship, they may be exchanged for another bead free of charge.

3. What is the best way to care for my pewter Beads?

There are a variety of ways to care for your beads. They darken at variable rates according to the acidity level in the wearer’s skin.
a) If they are loose, you can use pewter polish available at hardware stores.
b) If they are strung, a jeweler’s polishing cloth is your best bet to add shine.

4. Do you gift-wrap for the holidays or special occasions?

Yes, for an extra $5 we will send your beads in a colorful sari pouch with a drawstring closure to the lucky recipient of your choice.

5. Do you have wholesale or quantity discounts?

Yes. You must present a tax i.d. number / vendor’s license on the first order. There is a $400 retail minimum, where you will get 50% off. For reordering, there is a $200 minimum retail for wholesale discounts.

6. Do you do custom work?

Usually no. We are too busy making our own stuff, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Depends on the piece.

7. Can I use Green Girl Beads in my jewelry designs?

Yes, we encourage you to! However, it is usually common courtesy to give credit where it is due.

8. Where are you located and do you have a store or a studio that I can come and visit?

We are located in Asheville, NC and unfortunately; we don’t have a store or a studio visiting hours. We are just too busy working and on the road doing shows that visiting us in NC would be very inconvenient. Instead, see us at a show, where there are lots of other vendors as well! For our show schedule please click here.

9. Is it worthwhile to go to beads shows and buy Green Girl products?

Definitely! Especially if you like to see a variety of sample jewelry, new kits, fibers, and limited edition pieces not available on the web. Normally we test products at bead shows before putting them on the web!
